Appointment Cancellation Policy
At SKIN MD MedSpa, we aim to provide exceptional care in a timely manner. We value your time and expect the same courtesy in return, as last-minute cancellations are difficult to fill.
Should you need to reschedule, please use our online scheduler or call/text 248-662-5544 to let us know AT LEAST 72 HOURS before your appointment. If you are calling outside of our office hours, please leave a voicemail or text. If proper notice is not given, you are subject to a $100 fee for all missed appointments regardless of situation. We understand that life happens, however in order to give the best customer service to our patients we must follow our guidelines and policies.
We also ask that you arrive at our office at your scheduled appointment time. If you are going to be late, call us at 248-662-5544 and we will do our best to accommodate you in your remaining appointment timeframe. With that being said, 15 minutes late is considered a missed appointment and service is not guaranteed.
2 or more last minute cancellations/no shows will result in loss of booking with SKIN MD MedSpa.
Thank you in advance for your cooperation!
